Understand plans, usage, and account access
Clarvivo plans are based on the event allowance your project needs, with Starter and Growth feature tiers. The billing area shows the current plan, usage, and the actions available for the account.
Choose a plan by the traffic you expect
The event allowance is the volume dimension of the plan. Clarvivo offers four fixed allowances: 25K, 100K, 500K, and 1.5M events. The plan picker shows the corresponding Starter and Growth options and any annual saving.
Manage billing
Open Dashboard → Account → Billing to review the current subscription, choose a plan, update billing through the provider’s checkout, or open the customer portal where available. After returning from checkout, the dashboard waits for the provider webhook to synchronize the subscription.
Access and limits
Clarvivo does not have a permanent free tier. Trial and paid access are evaluated from the account’s current billing state. Some paid capabilities—including analytics reads and exports—are unavailable when the account does not have access.
